Hi, I think you can have any problem with your eletricity source. Take a look on it. : I have a new (6 mo old) Systemax computer with AMD Athlon processor. It was (and is) working perfectly. I have it connected to an Epson Stylus 800 printer which was also working perfectly. Now my printer has started skipping, taking six pages to print one page (a few words on each page). I have done a test page with the same results. Now so far I have tried another printer (a Lexmark Z11) with similar results: I have changed the printer cable, and have even connected an old computer with Windows 95 on it thinking maybe it was a Windows 98 problem. Nothing helps. Anyone have any ideas? I have called tech support four times. They have had me change the port from ECP to EPP to no avail.
