I received an attachment but can't format it so that I can read it. Right now it is nothing but a bunch of little squares. Can you tell me what steps I can take to resolve this problem. Also when I am in my "inbox" I keep getting the message that it will disconnect in 30 seconds - can you tell me how I can fix this so that it does not disconnect when I am using it.
