Paying members of WorldiNetStar have the advantage of receiving many of our products and services free of charge. But this is only ONE of the advantages of being a member of The Next Generation in Member Services.
Another advantage of being a member of WorldiNetStar is the opportunity to enjoy the multiple ways to make money by offering other people membership in WorldiNetStar.
Our compensation plan is multi-faceted and on the surface seems a bit complex. However, with some careful reading you can easily see that this is the best compensation plan available on the internet today.
COMPENSATION: PART ONE - OUR BASIC PAYOUT
Part one of the compensation plan is based on a simple 3x9 matrix. A matrix is based on a triangular structure. Consider yourself the top of this triangle. Below you, on the first level are three people. Below them, on the second level there are nine people. Below them, on the third level, there are twenty-seven people and so on through nine levels. When you are a paying member of WorldiNetStar, you receive $1 US for every paying person below you in your matrix for every level up to and including the ninth level. The following chart will break down the potential payout on each level and the ultimate payout for a full matrix.
Each paid position is the top of it's own personal matrix with a potential payout of $29,523US. These amounts are a MONTHLY PAYOUT. That's right this potential residual income is on a monthly basis. You have the opportunity to receive $29,523US+ PER MONTH!!!
This on its own is a great way to make a large amount of money monthly. But we here at WorldiNetStar were not satisfied with a compensation plan that limited a person's potential income. So we made it even better.
COMPENSATION: PART TWO - MULTIPLE STARTER POSITIONS
We here at WorldiNetStar knew that people did not want their potential payout to be limited at all. So the first step to allowing our members a chance for UNLIMITED income was to allow them to take multiple starter positions.
By this we mean that you are not limited to only one paying position with iNetStar. Many members have decided to "corner" their own personal matrix by purchasing four or even thirteen positions. When you purchase four starter positions with WorldiNetStar, you have cornered your matrix by purchasing the top position and the entire first level of your own matrix. This multiplies the amount of money you can make. By purchasing 13 starter positions with WorldiNetStar you have cornered your matrix by purchasing the top position of your own matrix and the first TWO levels below you. This multiplies the potential payout even more dramatically.
Then we thought about the fact that there are some members that may not be as productive as others and might not realize a good payout if they can't recruit some productive members below them. How could we help these members realize their goals as well?
That's where our compensation plan gets even better.
COMPENSATION: PART THREE - AUTOMATIC MULTIPLYING POSITIONS
We wanted to create a way to both help the less productive and newer members and at the same time reward those that were productive. That's where the idea of multiplying positions came in.
Everytime a member reaches the compensation goal of $30 net commissions they are automatically generated a new position that is paid for from the commissions earned. This position is placed in the closest empty position in the corporate matrix. This puts more productive members in the places they are needed the most and allows the matrix to grow throughout the whole. Giving more potential payouts to the productive members and placing these productive members throughout the matrix to give a helping boost to those members that are less productive or new to the business.
Then we thought about the fact that in most internet marketing companies today, there is a problem with attrition. Attrition is when a member joins a company for a month or two, is less productive than others and then makes no money and so decides to leave the company.
That's where the reverse matrix and the MDE come in to play
COMPENSATION: PART FOUR - THE REVERSE MATRIX AND THE MDE
People that are new to network marketing, marketing on the internet, or are just plain too busy with other things in their lives to devote a large amount of time to a home based business have a distinct disadvantage. They are either too new, or too busy to be able to recruit enough people to make a large amount of money quickly and so they become discouraged and drop program after program.
We here at WorldiNetStar decided that we wanted to help the newer people to the business by helping them receive more money faster. That's why we decided to give a training allowance to the newer members by offering a payout in the shape of a reverse matrix. Reverse matrix engineering may seem like a complicated concept to many, however the idea is really quite simple.
Once per week, WorldiNetStar takes the last person to purchase a new position with WorldiNetStar and place them at the top of a new reverse matrix. We then take the three people that were next to last to join and place them on the second level of this new matrix and so on until we reach the first person to have joined and place them last in the new reverse matrix.
We then payout that matrix just like the first matrix at a rate of 10 cents per position per level below each person on a 3x9 matrix.
This means that as WorldiNetStar grows, the potential payout to a new member can be astounding.
But what about the people that joined first, how do they enjoy the benefit of the reverse matrix? Remember, everyone has the opportunity to multiply their positions by reaching a compensation goal of only $30. Those positions are placed at the bottom of the matrix and so these people are eligible for payouts through the reverse matrix with these new multiplied positions.
What about those people in the middle of the matrix? The ones that are not making very much from either compensation plan? How does WorldiNetStar help them?
This is where the MDE comes into effect. The MDE stands for Minimum Distributor Earnings.
Every member of WorldiNetStar is GUARANTEED a minimum distributor earning of $2US per position per month. Now this doesn't seem like a lot of money but it can add up. At $15 per month membership payment, in only 8 months with absolutely no activity in your matrix at all, your MDE account will have added up to $16 per month payout. Your membership will be paid for and you will never have to pay for that position again. You will also have $1 left over on your account at that point. But the MDE doesn't stop accumulating once your membership is paid for through it. It continues at the same rate of $2 per month and after only 13 months, your membership is paid for and you are starting to earn monthly what you used to pay in membership fees!
You are GUARANTEED an income from WorldiNetStar even if you are totally unproductive! Even if you do nothing more than pay your membership fee each month.
Now chances are good that with spillover, multiplied positions being placed under you, and the reverse matrix, you are not going to need the MDE to remain your income for very long, if ever! However, it is there for those that need it. (And by the way, it makes a great sales kicker for your own promotional advertisements. . . A GUARANTEED INCOME FOR ALL THAT JOIN!)
